Our shelter is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. 

We are located between the County Landfill Facility and the Franklin County Sheriff's Department.

From Panama City: Travel east on Highway 98 through Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, and Eastpoint. On the eastern edge of Eastpoint, take Highway 65 North toward Hosford.

From Tallahassee: Travel south on Highway 319 and west on Highway 98 through Sopchoppy and Carrabelle. On the eastern edge of Eastpoint, take Highway 65 North toward Hosford.
